After months of thinking about therapy I finally took the plunge. Although I am a little confused on my own reactions after therapy. The day after I started getting even more depressed then before I went to the session. Is this normal? I am trying to do some exercises from the book Mind Over Mood and find it getting harder and harder to do even though the opposite should be happening. Should I mention this to my therapist? I'm just very confused...
