Post Fish Oil....? 
What is Fish Oil and why is it used? Why do people take it? I have back pain. Would it be helpful for me to take it?

Is that the same as Cod Liver Oil? I take one tablet a day because it is very good for your memory, and it doesn't have any side effects. Not sure whether it's good for back pain though Rolling Eyes

It is a known fact that Cod fish oil is good for the liver. However as a pain reliever; the medical science is still skeptical about it.
